I had a fantastic two-night stay at The Luxury Inn. The room was comfortable and modern, with a lovely bed that made for great sleep. The self-catering breakfast was well stocked and catered to my needs. I especially appreciated the responsive hospitality from James, who went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcomed. However, being a bit farther from the city center meant a longer commute for sightseeing, but I found the proximity to transport links quite convenient.

I had a lovely stay at The Luxury Inn, a beautifully refurbished boutique accommodation in Islington. The room was comfortable and clean, and I really appreciated the self-service breakfast options. However, I did experience a bit of confusion upon arrival, trying to find the place and get inside due to the changing entry lock code, which added some unnecessary stress.

I had a pleasant stay at The Luxury Inn, with my room being both clean and comfortable. The self-service breakfast was diverse and well-stocked, providing a good start to my mornings. However, I encountered some confusion regarding room access at night, which left me feeling a bit uneasy. Overall, it’s a cozy spot with a convenient location, but could benefit from improved nighttime security measures.

Rooms

My room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bathroom facilities were modern, but I noticed that privacy could be improved as the door was more like a screen.
Service

James, the owner, communicated well before my arrival, though I didn't meet him during my stay. The cleaning staff seemed to manage the check-in process effectively, but the lack of night staff was concerning.

My stay at The Luxury Inn was quite enjoyable, with a cozy atmosphere and thoughtful amenities. The location was perfect for my needs, and I appreciated the cleanliness of the facilities. However, the breakfast options were quite limited, which left me wanting more variety in the mornings.

Rooms

The room was small but very tidy and comfortable. The bed was just perfect for a good night's sleep, though the external bathroom setup might not be ideal for everyone.
Service

Situated in a quiet neighborhood with fantastic access to public transport and a nearby pub, the location was excellent for exploring the city without the usual noise of a central area.
Dining

While the self-serve breakfast included some cereals, bread, and jams, I found it lacked substantial options like eggs or cheese, which would have elevated the morning experience.

The communal kitchen was a major plus, offering a space to prepare light meals. The cleanliness of shared areas really stood out, making it feel welcoming.

I had a decent stay at The Luxury Inn, although it had its quirks. The location was pretty convenient for my husband's work, but a bit far from central London. The room was clean and comfy, but the bathroom situation was less than ideal, lacking privacy. Overall, I appreciated the cozy atmosphere and the self-service breakfast options, but I wouldn't recommend it if you plan on exploring the city extensively.

Rooms
6.0
My room was clean and comfortable, but the bathroom setup was a bit lacking in privacy since there was no real door. Plus, the shared outdoor space was not completely private either. However, the large TV with Netflix was a nice touch.
Service
6.0
I never actually met the owner, James, but the staff was helpful in checking us in and showing us around. It was a bit odd that there was no one there at night, which made me feel a little uneasy when someone buzzed in at 1 AM.
Location
6.0
The location was decent for my husband’s work, just a quick taxi ride away. However, the immediate area felt a bit isolated, with only a pub next door, though Islington was only a short bus ride away and had plenty of spots to explore.
Dining
8.0
I enjoyed the self-serve breakfast with good options like cold cereals and fruit. The kitchen was well-stocked, and I appreciated having coffee and tea available throughout the day.
Facilities
7.0
The common areas were spacious and airy, which I liked. It felt homey and relaxed, but the lack of staff presence at night during my stay was a bit concerning. The Wi-Fi worked well, which was an added bonus.
